How do I create a board?

After logging in, click the “Add” button in the board selector at the top of the screen. Enter a name for your board and click “Create Board.”

Can I import or export my boards?

Yes! Use the “Import” button to upload an Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) with your board data. To export, click the “Download” button and specify a filename for the Excel output.

How do I assign tasks?

When creating or editing a task, enter the assignee’s name in the “Assignee” field. This helps track who is responsible for the task.

What are the priority levels?

Tasks can be marked as Low, Medium, or High priority. These are indicated by colored dots (gray, blue, red) on the task card.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use Firebase for secure authentication and data storage. Our Privacy Policy details how we protect your data in compliance with GDPR, FADP, and CCPA.

Can I use Adiasta on mobile?

Absolutely! Adiasta is fully responsive and works on iOS, Android, and desktop browsers. Some features, like dragging tasks, are optimized for touch screens.

How do I delete a task or column?

To delete a task, open its details and click “Delete Task.” For columns, use the column menu (three dots) and select “Delete Column.” Both actions can be undone via the snackbar notification.

What happens if I lose my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset your password via email.
